Parent-Teacher Communication

I communicate with parents in various ways in order to accomodate parents and better meet the needs of the students.  If you are reading this now you might prefer to email me.  I check and respond to emails multiple times throughout the day.  If you prefer to chat on the phone I can be reached at the school.  I do not talk with parents during lessons (unless it is an emergency) but you can leave a message with the office or ask for my voicemail and I will respond as soon as possible.  The agenda and Take Home Tuesday THT Folder is also a way that we will communicate regularly. If you prefer to write, jot a note in the agenda, the THT, or send it with your child.  I meet with the parents of each student for a conference after the first quarter.  At this meeting we reivew your student's progress. Let me know if you want to conference for any other reason and we will schedule a time to meet at school.
